1. When paying via Direct Debit, charges will be made on the 1st of every month
 
2. If lessons are scheduled prior to the date of the first monthly payment being taken, a one-off payment will be required via classforkids online system, or via direct bank transfer to AquaStars to cover the shortfall in swimming lessons attended.  This payment must be made prior to attendance
 
3. The cost of the monthly DD will be as agreed between AquaStars and the customer upon initial booking
 
4. Your space on the AquaStars Swim Academy Swimming Lesson Programme will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of the monthly DD on the 1st of each month
 
5. Should the DD fail, AquaStars reserves the right to remove your child from our register with immediate effect
 
6. Each 10 week term must be committed to on a term basis. Although cancellations are not permitted mid-term, there is no obligation to continue onto further terms if you do not wish to re-enrol. 
1. Your DD will continue to automatically roll over each month
 
2. If you wish to cancel your swimming lessons, you will need to let us know via email that you do not wish to re-enrol onto the new term. You can do this during the re-enrolment period, which will take place between week 7-10 of each term
 
3. Each 10 week term must be committed to.  Cancellations are not permitted midterm. 
 
4. Any lessons unattended will not be refunded and catch up lessons will not be offered
 
5. Direct Debit payments will continue to be taken until written notice has been given
 
6. Direct Debit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances
 
7. Failed DD payments will result in removal of your child from the swimming lesson register with immediate effect
 
8. Any amendments/cancellations made to the DD must be made through ClassForKids
1. If a lesson is cancelled by AquaStars, we will ensure a refund that amounts to the cost of that
lesson is made via ClassForKids
 
2. Any refunds made by AquaStars to the customer will be the full amount minus a handling fee as taken by ClassForKids
 
2. AquaStars reserves the right to cancel or change the day & time of lesson should we deem it
appropriate. i.e if there are insufficient participants booked on
 
3. If due to unforeseen circumstances AquaStars need to cancel lessons, i.e health & safety,
weathering, staffing issues, we reserve the right to do so in order to ensure the safety of the
swimmers is maintained
 
4. The primary method of communication between AquaStars and customers will be email
 
5. If it is deemed that lessons are unable to go ahead at very short notice a text message will be sent to inform customers.

1. Any swimming lessons lost to sickness will not be reimbursed.  In the case of receiving a positive Covid-19 result, please ensure your child remains in self-isolation as per the governments most recent guidelines 

2. Please do not bring your child along to their swimming lesson if they have a suspected illness.

3. Please take particular caution and care if your child has developed an infectious illness that could be passed onto others i.e. chicken pox. You may be asked to take your child home if you bring your child to their swimming lesson with such condition

4. Please ensure your child has been clear of any sickness bug causing vomiting or diarrhoea for at least 48 hours prior to attending their swimming lesson

5. Please ensure any child not yet potty-trained wears a swim nappy
